Work.

A handful of projects that reflect the kind of work we do best — connected apps, complex platforms, custom workflow systems, and products that required careful integration of design, business logic, and technical architecture.

LaceClips

What it is

LaceClips is a mobile app connecting to Bluetooth-enabled shoelaces to track and analyze movement — steps, jumps, pivots — during athletic performance. The app supports individual tracking, statistical analysis, and social sharing of workout data.

What made it complex

Real-time BLE device communication across iOS and Android with proprietary hardware required careful protocol-level implementation. The social and data visualization layers had to remain responsive while the device layer handled continuous streaming data.

Delivered

  • Cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android)
  • BLE device integration with proprietary hardware
  • Real-time data pipeline & analytics dashboard
  • Social sharing & user account system
  • App store release on both platforms

What it is

RacePrime is a marketplace for the racing community — vehicle listings, event postings, and a booking flow that lets users reserve race entries and process payments through Stripe.

What made it complex

Marketplace dynamics (buyer/seller logic, listing states, availability), race booking with real-time seat/slot management, and a payment flow that had to handle multiple transaction types cleanly and safely.

Delivered

  • Full marketplace platform
  • Listing management with state logic
  • Race booking and reservation engine
  • Stripe payment integration
  • User account and dashboard system

What it is

A desktop and mobile configurator allowing customers to customize bathroom vanities — selecting dimensions, finishes, hardware, and accessories — before passing a complete configuration into the Lowes checkout flow.

What made it complex

Deep integration with an external e-commerce platform, complex dependency logic between product options, and the need to keep the configurator experience fast and fluid across device types.

Delivered

  • Desktop + mobile web configurator
  • Product dependency and rules engine
  • Visual preview system
  • Lowes checkout integration
  • Responsive implementation across viewports

What it is

PickedCherries lets users listen to podcasts, create 60-second highlight clips, and share them across social networks — combining podcast discovery with short-form audio content creation.

Delivered

  • Cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android)
  • Audio clip creation and processing
  • Social share integration across platforms
  • Podcast feed integration
  • App store release on both platforms
